Sunscreen-

Apply sunscreen. Use an SPF of at least 15 broad-spectrum sunscreens. Apply sunscreen liberally and reapply every two hours – or more frequently if swimming or sweating.

It’s hard to guess but I know nobody wants to fall on the road due to the heat and that’s why you need to drink as much as liquid you can to beat the heat with all your power as water is essential for a variety of reasons, including regulating body temperature, keeping joints lubricated, preventing infections, delivering nutrients to cells, and keeping organs functioning properly. Sleep quality, cognition, and happiness are all improved by being hydrated.

your skin needs daily cleansing to remain healthy in a proper way that’s why to remain gentle you need to-

Avoid taking long showers-

taking long showers or spending most of the time in a bath isn’t good for your skin as it removes oil while making it drier.

Moisturize dry skin-

if your skin is dry then you should use a moisturise to let it remain soft and glowy.

Pat dry-

After you’ve washed or bathed, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel to retain some moisture.

6. Avoid smoking-

Therefore, to make your skin healthy you should avoid smoking as much as you can.

7. Remain Active-

oh yes, its time to get up from your bed and start doing some exercise to be active throughout your day or you can opt for yoga and meditation as it heals your body and soothes your soul, it also helps you to find about yourself a little more, as remaining active won’t only make your body healthy and fit but it also helps in getting healthy skin and that’s why people should know that healthy skin comes only when you have a healthy body otherwise being lazy only gives you a nightmare which you don’t want to talk about.

Skin that is naturally glowing is usually healthy and moisturised. People can achieve this by gradually following a skincare programme, as well as making essential dietary and lifestyle modifications.
